Some people could argue that films and music go hand in hand. There isn't a truer collaboration of he two than in the art of the Music Video. This year we have a fantastic lineup of artists/musicians/filmmakers that reflects all facets of the local music scene. The event will be hosted by fellow filmmaker and LRFF staffer Mike Poe on Saturday May 16th at 8:00 PM at Revolution Music Room at 300 President Clinton Boulevard in the River Market downtown. Videos will be played on the numerous flat-screens around the venue as the winning bands will perform.
The buzz around this event has come full force with our favorite local Rock Candy writer Lindsey Millar laying out the nominee list with their respective handicaps (videos embedded). Also the Fayetteville Flyer has a great article about the competition here.
